How to Return an Item


Finding an Item
We provide two ways to find the items you are looking for: The first is to use our key word search, the second is to scroll through our product listing.

Minimum Order no longer requires a minimum product order however to receive free ground shipping a purchase of $25 or more is required.

Placing an Item in Your Shopping Basket
Once you have identified the item(s) you wish to purchase, simply fill in the quantity desired. When you click on the ADD TO BASKET button at the bottom of the page, all items selected on that page will be added to your Shopping Cart. This will take you to the shopping cart page where you could either checkout using the checkout button or continue shopping by clicking on the continue shopping button.

Changing Item Quantities
If at the CHECKOUT you decide you want to change the quantity of an item selected, simply change the quantity in the “Qty” box and click on the “update quantity” button.

Removing Items From Your Shopping Basket
If at the CHECKOUT you decide you want to remove an item from your Shopping Basket, simply click the “Remove” box to the right of the item.

Please allow 1 to 2 business days for order processing prior to shipping. Orders are shipped Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays. Orders placed after 7 a.m. (PST) on Friday will be shipped the following Monday. Delivery time is based upon the shipping method selected (see table below).

Important Shipping Facts:
Upgrading your shipping method to Next Day Air does not mean you will get your order the next day. Once shipped, Next Day Air packages are guaranteed to arrive at the end of the next business day. Please note, however, that upgrading method of shipment to Next Day or 2nd Day Air does not change how long it takes us to assemble and ship your order-it only reduces the travel time after your order leaves our warehouse.

Customs Information
You may be subject to import duties, which are levied once the package reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information.
